I know I saved it somewhere…
50 tabs open. 20 Reddit threads saved. A dozen Instagram recipes you'll never scroll back to. And that one YouTube video you definitely bookmarked.
Squirrel It is a bookmark app that actually reads what you save — full threads, transcripts, captions, articles — so three months later, you just ask.
Free · No card · 25 saves a month
Every platform gives you a save button. None gives you a way back.
Saved posts are scroll-only, no search. Past 1,000 saves, Reddit drops the old ones.
Collections can't search captions. Videos were never text to begin with.
The tip you need is buried 23 minutes into a 40-minute video. Scrubbing isn't search.
Squirrel It reads every link the moment you save it — full thread, transcript, caption. Tags, categories, and a summary appear automatically. Zero work from you.
Three months later, you don't scroll. You search — or just ask.
Ask your stash anything
One question. 80 saved links searched. A sourced answer in seconds.
This demo stash has 80 saved links across Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, and the web — covering ADHD, cooking, productivity, career advice, and more. Tap a question to see Ask in action.
Your turn — ask it something ↓
How it works
Save once. Ask forever.
Save from anywhere
Share to Squirrel It the way you already share to a friend — from Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, or any browser. One tap and it's stashed.
Every save gets read
Full thread and top comments. The whole transcript. The caption. The article without the ads. Plus a summary, smart title, and tags — generated automatically, so your stash is searchable from day one.
Search it — or just ask
"What was that sourdough hydration trick?" gets you an answer with the exact source attached. Answers come only from what you've saved — never the open internet.

Your saved links can do this too.
We'll email you a magic link — no password to invent. New domain, so peek in spam the first time. 🌰
What can I save?
Reddit posts and threads, YouTube videos, Instagram posts, and web articles. Squirrel It reads them all — full text, transcripts, top comments — and summarizes everything automatically.
Is it really free?
Yes. 25 saves per month with AI summaries, tags, and Ask included. No credit card. Export your data anytime.
Is my data private?
Your stash is yours alone. No ads, no tracking, no sharing. You can export or delete your data at any time.
How is this different from Pocket or Raindrop?
Pocket and Raindrop save links. Squirrel It reads them — full Reddit threads, YouTube transcripts, articles without ads — then lets you ask questions across everything and get sourced answers.
Do I need to install an app?
There's nothing to download from an app store — Squirrel It is a web app. On Android, tap Add to Home Screen: Squirrel It then shows up in your share sheet, and saving becomes two taps from any app. That's the best way to use it.
I'm on iPhone — does it work?
Yes — everything works in Safari, and you can add it to your home screen too. iPhones don't let web apps join the share sheet, so saving works by copy-paste: copy a link anywhere, open Squirrel It, tap the acorn — it reads your clipboard and saves in one tap.
What about desktop?
Works in any browser. Paste links on the Squirrel page and browse, search, and ask from the comfort of a real keyboard. Your stash syncs everywhere you're signed in.
